Provide the name of the guest who shared the card with you and the approximate date of their stay so we can verify it. It's on the back of your SummitAire postcard — a unique number that belongs to you alone, alongside a QR code that takes you straight to our booking page.
2. BOOK DIRECTLY ON WWW.THESUMMITAIRE.COM
Select your preferred home and dates. For event stays, a two-night minimum applies to receive the complimentary night(s). This promotion is valid for direct bookings only.
3. CONTACT US VIA OUR CONTACT PAGE
Once your booking is confirmed, send us a message quoting your personal promo code and the approximate date of stay during which the postcard was received. If you are redeeming a card passed to you by someone else, please also include the name of the guest who shared it and the approximate date of their stay.
4. WE APPLY YOUR REWARD WITHIN 48 HOURS
Once verified, we will apply your reward — either a refund of 5% or 10% to your original payment method, or a refund of the cost of your complimentary night or nights. We will confirm everything by return message.
